We are please to announce that we’ve set a date and location for our annual golf outing. Biennially, we coordinate this outing with the ASCE Iowa Section Annual Meeting when they rotate the location to eastern Iowa. This year, however, various circumstances have forced the Iowa Section to move its meeting from Coralville to Ames. As such, we have chosen the separate date of October 2nd to hold our outing at Saddleback Ridge Golf Course in Solon, IA.

Please mark your calendar for Thursday, September 11, and Friday, September 12. These are the dates for the 2008 Iowa Section ASCE Annual Conference, which will be held at the Gateway Center in Ames. This year’s meeting will start on Thursday with the 2008 Iowa ASCE Annual Conference.
